Just a week after federal agents raided and searched the home of congress woman Ilhan Omar, President Trump has hinted that she could also go to jail in addition to being deported.
Responding to a question on if Omar would be deported for falsifying her documents, President Trump said “she could also go to jail… I think she is a sick…very dishonest person who hates our country.”
Trump went on to describe Omar’s home country Somalia as a country that is “not even a country…it has no government…all they do is to have people running around shooting each other…she is a disgrace to our country.”
He added that the congress woman only heard the word constitution when she came to the US, nut now she is bragging about human rights.
Trump’s comments come in the wake of new controversies mounting around the congress woman, that she falsified her age; a development that would seriously impact he US citizenship.
